We hope you’re all excited.
The long anticipated grand opening for the Allegheny City Historic Gallery will be on August 6th, 2015. Starting from 10am-12pm we’ll be having a ribbon cutting ceremony and officially open our doors! We’re excited for this and for all the faces who have supported us since the beginning to have a place to learn about Northside history, meet like-minded people, view private collections, and so much more. This is just the beginning.
We’re located at 433 East Ohio St. Pittsburgh, PA.
Later that day, from 6pm-8pm, we’re going to be hosting a private presentation party which you can gain entrance to with a $10 donation to the gallery. (Note: The donation to get in is only for this 6pm-8pm event. It’s free any other time you want to visit the gallery). Complete with the fantastic and live Lee Robinson jazz band, who you may remember from the Wine & Cheese party.
Join us for these events if you’re a Northside history lover, trust me, you won’t want to miss them! You’ll never find a shortage in how many people share your same interest in love for the Northside.
Additionally, a small update for those of you who helped back us on Indiegogo last year, we didn’t forget you! We couldn’t be doing what we’re doing without you and your support. We’re still working all the rewards as promised. 🙂
